I’m starting this blog with a very vague idea of what I would like to accomplish. I love photography and I love photographing people. In our own skin means many different things to me. What it comes down to is the expression of ourselves, our passions, our desires, our personality in the form of photography. I desire to collaborate with people who wish to engage in this form of expression. Every session is a reflection of you. If you feel uncomfortable with nudity then I will respect that, but I will also recommend feeling through some of those fears and discomfort about your nudity. For you will find yourselves seeing that there is nothing to be ashamed of and that shame is something we need to let go of.
These sessions are not normal sessions. My goal is to connect with my collaborator (you) on a personal level and be true to what you are feeling at that moment and create an atmosphere where you can be free. It brings me excitement to write this post, I’ve had to work through many different emotions to bring In Our Own Skin to life. I am still on my own journey of self discovery and It’s starting to feel like a very exciting one.
Because this is such a strong desire for me, I would like to offer this service by donation.
